Understanding that an external engineering partner would be vital to their success, we approached and seeking solid backend expertise and proficiency in DevOps following several unproductive engagements with contractors. Almost immediately, we set to work delivering a virtual clinic, automated patient management, preliminary screening via a chatbot, and assistance in preparing the platform for SOC 2 certification.
Meanwhile, on the cloud side, our team was responsible for the deployment of a multi-account AWS environment aimed to provide granular, centralized, and secure control over workloads.
